Shipping, Returns and Delivery Information
DELIVERY & SHIPPING IN NZ
Our shipping prices are heavily subsidised. Delivery is often overnight but can take up to 3-5 days approximately if the postal service is under pressure during these unusual times.
When your item is shipped you will receive by email a tracking number so you can keep an eye on where it is. Remember to check your junk or spam folder if you don't appear to have received it. Otherwise please give us a call.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD
We currently ship to Australia with rates starting at $17. When you go through our checkout process you will have various options including tracked and courier.
We can ship to other parts of the world including the USA and the UK at a starting rate of $90.00.
If shipping rates are under this amount at the time of purchase we will refund you the difference so you only pay the correct amount. If it is over this we will foot the bill!
We STRONGLY recommend the tracked shipping option for security and speed of delivery. We are unable to provide you with updates of untracked parcels and we do not replace items that are not delivered using an untracked service. We will contact you when the parcel leaves our store via our shipping notification email. (Please remember to check your spam/junk folder)
Before you purchase please investigate any unforeseen charges in the country you want us to ship too, such as extra customs/duty etc. This is not covered by us. Particularly if you are sending a gift as you would not like it if the recipient had to pay to collect it!
POSTAL SERVICE - NZ AND INTERNATIONAL
Please note that we aren't the postal service. Of course we will endeavor to help with follow up on your parcel but we cannot be held responsible if it doesn't turn up once we have filled our obligation to fulfill your order and we have sent it to the address you have supplied us.
ITEMS IN AND OUT OF STOCK
We endeavour to keep as much product in stock as possible, however, in the unlikely event we can’t ship it to you straight away we will call or email you with an estimated time of delivery. Please appreciate that some items are hand crafted and/ or are very popular at certain times of the year.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

Our in store policy is as per the Consumers Guarantee Act.
Unfortunately things don't always turn out the way we would like with what we buy online. Unlike many other stores we offer a full refund and not just a store credit with a limited time to use it for full priced items. How great is that!? We call that risk free shopping at its finest.
*We have the following 3 step return/refund policy with online sales:
*Full priced items - full refund excluding shipping costs
*Sale items 29% discount and under - store credit excluding shipping costs by way of an online gift card
*Sale items 30% discount and over discount (or clearance) - not refundable or returnable.
Refunds are made back to the same payment method you used when ordering.
Returns will only be accepted in brand new, unworn condition with tags attached within 7 days of purchase or contact us.

If by chance we are just not with it that day and send you the wrong item(!) we will send you the correct item (with profuse apology!) with a prepaid postal bag to return the incorrect one.

We rarely offer fragile items on our website. But in the event that we do, we do everything we can to ensure your item is wrapped carefully to avoid damage when in transit. However, should your item arrive in a damaged state please do feel free to contact us and we will try to help where we can and remedy the situation.
