Shipping, Returns and Delivery Information
SHIPPING IN NZ
If ordering via our website we offer complimentary postage for your order. We charge a nominal fee for Tracking ($2) or courier service ($3.50) if you require it. Our experience in 2020 has shown us that untracked postage within NZ provides a service that is slow and below ours and our customers expectations and very difficult to find lost parcels. If you require your parcel to be untracked please contact us to refund the $2 tracking fee.
We attempt to post parcels within 1-2 days and will contact you if postage will take longer than this. For Pre Orders we give our best estimate of likely shipping times based on our suppliers information. This may be subject to change.
Please let us know if you would like your item insured and we will quote you for this. We recommend this for breakable and/or expensive items.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA
Orders shipped to Australia are currently taking at least a month to all destinations. This is due to ongoing reduced air capacity between New Zealand and Australia and backlogs at Australian Postal centres. Tracked mail services are being given priority over untracked mail.

SHIPPING - REST OF THE WORLD
For the time being we only ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and Asia. If you are from another part of the world please contact us to discuss.
We use New Zealand Post International Air with a flat rate of NZD $60.00** untracked. Our tracked prices vary from country to country and the information is available at the checkout. We strongly recommend the tracked shipping option for security and speed of delivery. We are unable to provide you with updates of untracked parcels and we do not replace items that are not delivered using an untracked service. We will contact you when the parcel leaves our store.
**We refund any overcharged shipping if it is less than the amount charged.
Please be advised that our shipping costs do not include any relevant duties and taxes to where the goods are delivered to and these will be at your cost.
ITEMS IN AND OUT OF STOCK
We endeavour to keep as much product in stock as possible, however, in the unlikely event we can’t ship it to you straight away we will call or email you with an estimated time of delivery. Please appreciate that some items are hand crafted and/ or are very popular at certain times of the year.
A proof of purchase must accompany the item/s within 14 days of delivery in order to be returned.

Goods must be in new condition with tags still attached where possible. We reserve the right not to refund if the you change your mind or we deem the item/s has been worn or damaged by the customer.
We have the right to repair or replace any item before we will refund in full (as per our rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1994)
We do everything we can to ensure your item is wrapped carefully to avoid damage when in transit. But regretfully we take no responsibility should it arrive broken when in transit. However, should your item arrive in a bad state please do feel free to contact us and we will try to help where we can.
