Over the past year, the Clevedon Woolshed has experienced a period of considerable change.

The passing of Susan, who managed the store personally on a day-to-day basis, has been an enormous loss for our family and our team. At the same time, like many family-owned retailers, we continue to navigate a challenging economic environment.

As we adapt and focus on keeping the Clevedon Woolshed strong for the future, we have made the difficult decision to retire our loyalty rewards points programme for now. This will allow us to continue investing in beautiful new products, personal service and the welcoming shopping experience our customers value.

We truly appreciate your loyalty and want to make sure you do not lose the rewards you have already earned. If you were signed up to the programme and had an active balance, we have converted your points balance into loyalty reward vouchers that you can use on your next purchases. These will be emailed to you by August 30th, 2026.

Points will no longer be issued on future purchases. However, we will continue to recognise our loyal customers throughout the year with exclusive offers, surprise discounts and VIP promotions – so please keep an eye on your inbox.
