Our in store policy is as per the Consumers Guarantee Act.
All clearance item purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged so please choose carefully.
Sale items may be exchanged for another size (if we have it) or you will be given an online store credit by way of a gift card. Please get in touch with us within 5 days upon receipt of your order if it is unsuitable.
Unfortunately things don't always turn out the way we would like with what we buy online. Unlike many other stores we offer a full refund and not just a store credit with a limited time to use it for full priced items. How great is that!? We call that risk free shopping at its finest.
We have the following 3 step return/refund policy with online sales:
- Full priced items - full refund excluding shipping costs
- Sale items 29% discount and under - store credit excluding shipping costs by way of an online gift card
- Sale items 30% discount and over discount (or clearance) - not refundable or returnable.
Sometimes we will discount or offer a special promotion on certain items. Please note that if you have just ordered something at the higher price you were lucky to get it when you did! Our sales sell out very fast and often your preference will already be gone. Our sales can sometimes be unplanned and random.
Refunds are made back to the same payment method you used when ordering.
Returns will only be accepted in brand new, unworn condition with tags attached within 7 days of purchase or contact us.

If by chance we are just not with it that day and send you the wrong item(!) we will send you the correct item (with profuse apology!) with a prepaid postal bag to return the incorrect one.
