RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have the following 3-step return/refund policy with online sales:
- Full-priced items - full refund, excluding shipping costs.
- Sale items 29% discount and under - store credit, excluding shipping costs by way of an online gift card.
- Sale items 30% discount and above (or clearance) - not refundable or returnable.
Things don't always turn out the way we would like with what we buy online. Unlike many other stores, we offer a full refund on full-priced items (and not just a store credit with a limited time to use it). How great is that!? We call that risk-free shopping at its finest.
Sale items with less than 30% discount may be exchanged for another size (if we have it) or you will be given an online store credit by way of a gift card. Please get in touch with us within 5 days upon receipt of your order if it is unsuitable.
All clearance item purchases (sale items with a 30% discount or above) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully.
SALES PROMOTIONS
Sometimes we will offer a discount or special promotion. All terms and conditions must be met to qualify for a promotional price. We may offer
- A limited-time markdown, automatically applied at checkout until promotion end.
- A discount code, which must be entered at checkout to get a discount (exclusions may apply)
- In-store only or Online only promotions.
Please read the terms and exclusions on each promotion to ensure you order in time and get the right price!
Please note that if you have just ordered something at a higher price, you were lucky to get it when you did! Our seasonal products (especially womenswear) can sell out very fast, and often your preference or size will already be gone when a sale is promoted. We understand seeing an item go on sale after you just purchased it may be a disappointment, however, many of our products are limited-release, so we cannot price-match or discount items that have already been purchased. Discounts can sometimes be unplanned and random. Thank you for understanding.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Refunds are made back to the same payment method you used when ordering.
Change-of-mind returns will only be accepted in brand new, unworn condition with tags attached within 10 days of purchase or contact us.
If you discover an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make it right with a replacement or refund. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us as soon as possible on sales@clevedonwoolshed.co.nz or bring your item in-store.
Incorrect Items
If by chance we have an off day and send you the wrong item, we will send you the correct item (with profuse apology!) with a prepaid postal bag to return the incorrect one.
