Matcha Lime and Lemongrass -We love fresh, citrus-y scents and this one fits the bill. Lime oil, lemongrass oil and lashings of matcha tea powder make this the perfect morning shower bar.
Sodium Olivate, Sodium Cocoate and Sodium Stearateare ‘soap’, these are what occurs when you mix olive oil, coconut oil and stearic acid (from olive oil) respectively, with sodium hydroxide.
Water(this one is easy).
Glycerineis a humectant that can come from a variety of animal or vegetable sources. The one in our bodywash comes from coconut oil.
Sodium Chlorideotherwise known as table salt, this makes a hard bar.
Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetatehas a scary sounding name for a perfectly harmless, biodegradable, vegetable derived (palm free) ingredient. It's a chelating agent, which means it prevents ions in the water from reacting with our bodywash bars and causing soap scum (among other things). It has an EWG score of 1 and it's even accepted at wholefoods stores, so you know it's perfectly safe.
We use biodegradable ingredients and wrappers so our solid bars leave no trace on the planet. You can pop the compostable wrapping in your compost bin. No bottles, jars, lids or pump dispensers contributing to landfill or oceanic pollution.
